Hi Class 6, I’m Molly’s mum’s aunty and I live in Naxos, Greece. This is an island which has a lot of visitors in the summer when its always warm and sunny, but at the moment its cold and raining – a bit like England really! This weekend we have a big carnival here in Greece then we will celebrate the first day of Lent on Monday by flying kites and not eating meat, a bit different from the English tradition of Pancake Tuesday!! They are words that have been on past SATs spellings tests. The ones in bold have been on more than one test. It gives you an idea what kind of words they might use. You could learn some.
